FS#19 - XVM config not loading

Since Update 2 for 9.10 I have been having the following issue (also appears in update 3): my XVM config is not loading.

I notice this by doing a clean install of the modpack and starting WOT. The garage will appear with only 1 line in the carrousel, while I selected 2 in the installer. Verified by checking the XVM hangar.xc and it states two lines.

With update 2 I spent a few hours trying to debug this, and eventually found a solution which I unfortunately forgot. Will do the same for this version, by adding in files one by one until I find the file that appears to break my game, but I figured I'd report it already in hopes that someone will know the solution.

Love the modpack btw, thanks for your work!

Found the issue a lot quicker this time.

The minimap.xc in the XVM config folder (res_mods/config/xvm/default) for some reason could not be read by my user. I deleted that file and renamed the minimap.xc.orig to minimap.xc and now XVM works again. I assume it's no coincidence that there is a .orig file for this one and not the rest.

Probably something on my end since nobody else seems to run into this, but I'll leave this open should you want to take a look at it.

It's a known bug to me, been reported before. The thing is that files such as minimap.xc, carousel.xc, hitlog.xc have to changed on the fly depending on user selection, but sometimes depending on how windows security is set on particular PC, it denies to do so which results in corrupted file. The fix is to run installer as admin, but there are reports that even that sometimes doesn't work. It's a rare bug, but I've yet to find fix for it.
