FS#34 - Visual and audio of shot hitting tank missing

Attach Logs located in World_of_Tanks Folder:
"python.log", "SoloModPackSelection.log" and "SoloModPackInstallation".
Also if issue is visual attach a Screenshot.

I'm not sure how to describe this.

When I get hit I don't hear the hit nor see anything
to know I've been hit.

When the shells hit the tracer disappears and there is no visual feedback for the hit.
No explosion either. And no sound of the shell hitting my tank.
I thought it could be a bug in the P-mod no flash effect, but I turned it off and
even uninstalled the modpack and reinstalled it without adding that at all.
It had no effect on the issue.

The only feedback I get is from the audio Duke Nukem mod (which doesn't always help
or the damage panel which shows who hit me and how much damage I took.
I cannot pay attention to the damage panel while in battle for more than a glance.
And that is the only way to know how much damage I've taken. It has happened several times
where I was on low HP without being aware I was hit.

It's only begun since this update and goes away when I uninstall the modpack.

I'm not sure I'm describing this very well either. Sorry for it being a little vague.

I'm using Windows 7-64bit OS.
I3-4130 CPU
Nvidia GTX750ti with recent driver update 2 days ago.

This task does not depend on any other tasks.
